Jeremy Duncan

Jeremy Duncan

Jeremy brings two decades of experience to Cascadia Hospitality ranging from independent, boutique hotels and restaurants to 300+ room full service properties. He started in operations at Starwood Hotels and quickly transitioned to Sales and Marketing with both Starwood and Marriott International. Back in operations, he is responsible for providing strategic guidance while ensuring superior financial results for independent hotels in Oregon.

Jeremy has earned several certifications from both Marriott International and Starwood Hotels.

David Mogg

David Mogg draws on over 20 years of industry experience to help develop and increase streamlined sales operations, marketable brand equity, and increased revenue NOI.

David's experience in development, managing, and marketing boutique hotels developed in Australia, Spain, and Greece before arriving in the USA. Initially in Los Angeles, he opened the flagship west coast AKA Beverly Hills. David then moved on to directly manage Palisociety's, at that time, three Los Angeles locations and assisted in their expansion into the Pacific Northwest with locations in Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland.

Nick Pearson

Nick Pearson

Nick has spent 15 years in the hospitality sector operating both corporate and independent boutique hotels and brings bottom-up industry experience to Cascadia Hospitality. He got his start in hospitality as a housekeeper at Timberline Lodge, and over the years has developed senior management experience in all areas of hotel operations. More recently he helped develop and open the Jupiter NEXT in Portland.

As a proven and devoted organizational leader, Nick has a track record of building strong teams that maximize operational efficiencies. He uses his strategic creativity to inspire sales and marketing teams to produce increased bottom line profits at his properties. Nick has spent the past year working with Multnomah County to convert the original Jupiter Hotel into a homeless shelter and has developed safe operating plans for this new use.
